Meet Ingrid
Autism Mom, Motivator, Pathfinder
As a single mom of a son with autism, I had to learn to think outside of the box. I also had to learn to "unbox" my own issues in order to create a plan of success for my son.
These were issues that I had suppressed until I realized that I was placing the same pressures on my sweet remarkable son. It left me feeling sick.
My son is my "inciting incident." He is the reason I work so hard to make sure he advocates for himself and lives out his dreams. But in the process of navigating his growth and development, I had to create my own plan of growth and development. We continue to grow together.
My vision is to help autism parents and single professionals who feel limited by their circumstances to break out of the box and maximize their superpowers. Live out your dreams with confidence and competence.

Ingrid is a Certified Life Coach holding a Master's degree in Education. She has over 7 years of experience in public education and corporate training, with a background in media sales.
